2 Year Period of attendance
“anyone who does not attend the practice for a check-up within a 2 year period will no longer be registered. If a patient fails to attend an appointment or cancels an appointment, no further appointments will be made until the patient has re-booked. It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure they attend the practice a minimum of every 2 years.”
Due to the effects of COVID-19 we extended this period of attendance to 6 years. 2018-2024.
This period of grace is now over as of March 2024. We are now operating under our original policy of 2 years.
If anyone has not had an appointment prior to the 20th of March 2018, you were already de-registered before the COVID-19 outbreak.
